What does “refurbished” mean?
Each device is tested across 30+ functional checks (screen, battery, cameras, speakers, mics, charging, Wi-Fi, cellular, sensors), professionally cleaned, and graded A / B / C based on cosmetic condition. A-Grade is near-new with no visible marks. B-Grade has minor signs of use. C-Grade is functional but cosmetically marked — and priced accordingly.
What warranty do I get?
All refurbished devices come with our 6-month return-to-base warranty covering hardware faults. Repairs are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
Do you ship NZ-wide?
Yes. We ship via GoSweetSpot couriers — typically 1–2 working days to main centres, 2–4 to rural addresses. Tracking number provided on dispatch.
Can I trade in my old device?
Yes — bring it in for a free quote, or email us photos and a description.
Do you buy broken devices?
Often, yes — depends on model and condition. Get in touch for a quote.
How long do repairs take?
Most screen and battery repairs are done same-day. Complex repairs (water damage, motherboard work) may take 2–5 days.
Do you offer pickup for purchases?
Free pickup at the Onehunga shop. Just choose “Pickup” at checkout.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Yes — all displayed prices include 15% GST. Tax invoices supplied on request.
