Refurbished device warranty
All refurbished phones, tablets and laptops are covered by a 6-month return-to-base warranty against hardware faults. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Repair workmanship warranty
Repairs we carry out are covered by a 90-day warranty on the work performed and any parts we supply. The warranty does not cover subsequent accidental damage, liquid damage, or faults unrelated to the original repair.
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, cracked screens after sale)
- Liquid damage
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
- Software issues, lost data, or third-party app problems
- Cosmetic wear consistent with the grade purchased (A/B/C)
How to make a claim
Contact us first by phone or email with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll either troubleshoot remotely, arrange a return, or book the device in for inspection. Return shipping costs are covered by us if the fault is confirmed.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping. Refunds processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
